This project consisted of new accommodation units for the University of Western Australia. Services consisted of sewer, trade waste, potable water tanks and pumps, gas, fire, sewer pump stations, and a Water Corporation 6.5-meter-deep sewer extension.

This project consisted of 3 levels of PC 2 and 3 laboratories and offices. Services installed sewer, trade waste, water, gas, fire hydrants and hose reels, sewer pump stations and deionized water, and stainless-steel pipework.
