This project was constructed while the existing shopping centre remained operational and consisted of new Coles and Aldi stores, along with 60 tenancies with a mix of mini-major, food, and specialty outlets.

Services installed sewer, trade waste, water, gas, fire hydrants and hose reels, sewer pump stations and retention tanks, irrigation mains, 375mm Water Corporation sewer diversion.
